Our Sourcing Policy

We work only with reputable distributors and supply partners who deal in brand-new, sealed product. This is the same approach used by luxury department stores — controlled sourcing, consistent quality, and transparent product condition.

• No testers sold as retail
• No used or decanted product
• No relabelled or mystery stock

Product Condition

Fragrance is a premium item, and its packaging matters. We check external boxes, seals, cellophane, and batch codes where applicable. If a product is part of a special promotion, older packaging, or limited set, we will note this clearly in the product description.

What We Don’t Do

To protect our customers and our brand, Zephoria does not list:

• Testers, unless marked clearly as such
• Damaged boxes described as “new”
• Decants or split bottles
• “Grey” or uncertain stock portrayed as prestige

How to Verify

If you ever receive an item from Zephoria that doesn’t meet your expectation — damaged, unusual scent, different packaging than displayed — contact us immediately. Keep the product, outer box, and shipping carton, and send us photos. Our team will review and replace or refund where appropriate.
